Hello! My name is Monika and I am Priestess, a healer, a weaver of wholeness and a holder of sacred space for courageous women who are ready to find their gold in the deepest fertile inner landscape of their soul. I have been holding a sacred space for women, guiding them through life's challenges for over 10 years, using a blend of Earth-based spiritual practices, shadow work, hypnotherapy, inner child healing, ritual, ceremony and sound healing. I am also a recording sound artist, creating personalised meditation and relaxation audio tracks for complementary businesses to support their unique sound branding.

 

At Time Counselling and Wellbeing Centre I offer monthly Full Moon Gong Meditations and monthly Moon-a-pause Circles, which is a safe sharing space for women going through the transition of peri, menopause into post-menopause.
