About
Jackie Gleed
Time Manager, counsellor and psychotherapist
I am the manager of Time Counselling and Wellbeing Centre. My ethos of the centre is to provide a welcoming place, where there are services offered for different stages in your life. Whether you need to talk to someone on a one-to-one basis or would like to connect with others, either in well-being groups, yoga, mindfulness, or creative groups. A place where you can take time just for yourself, practice self-care, and maintain good mental health and wellbeing.

About me
After a difficult time in my life and after experiencing my own counselling, I decided to train as an Integrative Counsellor and psychotherapist, qualified to work with Adults, Couples, Children and Young People. I am a registered member of the BACP, an enhanced DBS, fully insured and a member of the ICO for data protection and GDPR. I am a highly passionate, warm, honest, empathic and compassionate person and I aim to provide you with a quality service, regardless of your diagnosis or difficulty.

I offer a safe place for you to be able to talk and work through, how you are feeling or the difficulties you may be having. Also, I can work creatively which can be helpful if you find it hard to find the words you need to express yourself.
