Time Manager, counsellor and psychotherapist
I am the manager of Time Counselling and Wellbeing Centre. My ethos of the centre is to provide a place, where there are services offered for different stages in your life. Whether you need to talk to someone on a one to one basis, or would like to connect with others, either in well-being groups, yoga, mindfulness or creative groups. A place where you can take time just for you.
During the outbreak of covid-19 the centre is open, adhering to government guidelines for your safety and the therapists. The centre boasts spacious, aired rooms, allowing us to follow the 2metre distancing rule. Each room is aired and cleaned between clients and hand sanitiser is readily available. Currently, groups are not able to run however, it is hoped that they can run as soon as government guidelines say they can.
After a difficult time in my life and after experiencing my own counselling, I decided to train as an Integrative Counsellor and psychotherapist, qualified to work with Adults, Children and Young People. I am a registered member of the BACP, an enhanced DBS, fully insured and a member of the ICO for data protection and gdpr. I am a highly passionate, warm, honest, empathic and compassionate person and I aim to provide you with a quality service, regardless of your diagnosis or difficulty.
I offer a safe place for you to be able to talk and work through, how you are feeling or the difficulties you may be having. Also, I am able to work creatively which can be helpful if you find it hard to find the words you need to express yourself.
