'Drawing on my experience as a university lecturer at USW and BCPC Bath this short session moves existential therapy from philosophical foundation to clinical practice, exploring how concepts like freedom, isolation, meaninglessness, and mortality show up not as abstractions but as live material in the therapy room. Whether you're encountering existential ideas for the first time or already draw on them in your work, the training is designed to meet you where you are, building towards practical application through discussion , completing an existential inventory and a live demonstration. I look forward to sharing time with you and having fun exploring the meaning of life!’
