I’ve been practicing and teaching yoga for over twenty years and have met many inspiring teachers and wonderful students, who have taught me so much along the way. I offer small group classes, one to one tuition and use a blend of yoga approaches and traditions in my teaching.
What is Yoga?
Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices which originated in ancient India. It can be used to reduce or alleviate physical, emotional, and spiritual suffering or limitations. There is no need to be flexible and you are never too old. There is a yoga practice for everyone.
Every yoga practice is an experience and an opportunity to bring about a deep self- understanding and wider perspective of life. Its ancient wisdom is a wonderful support for healing, recovery, and growth.

Since qualifying with the British Wheel of Yoga in 2004, I have studied further in yoga breath work, meditation and am currently studying Ayurveda (The Science of Life). I regularly attend courses at the Mandala Yoga Ashram in Wales with Swami Nishchalananda and with many other inspiring, insightful teachers.
Since 2013 I have been training yoga teachers, offering Foundations of Yoga Courses and NVQ Level 4 Diploma in Teaching Yoga courses through the British Wheel of Yoga.
