Intro
I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment where you can talk openly about the issues affecting your life. Counselling provides a space to explore thoughts and feelings that may feel difficult to share with friends or family, helping you gain greater understanding of yourself and the challenges you are facing.
About Me
I have experience working with charities and in private practice, supporting people from a wide range of backgrounds and life stages. This has deepened my understanding that every person's experiences are unique, and that therapy is most effective when it is tailored to the individual or couple.
I am a qualified integrative counsellor, a couples therapist, and a registered member of the BACP. I offer both individual and couples counselling, providing a professional and supportive space to explore thoughts, feelings and experiences. My membership provides reassurance that I work in line with recognised ethical and professional standards.
Working together, we can explore the difficulties you are experiencing, whether they relate to anxiety, low mood, stress, self-esteem, relationships, life changes or past experiences that may still be affecting you today. Therapy provides a regular, dedicated time to reflect, develop self-awareness and consider new ways of coping and moving forward. If relationship difficulties are at the heart of your concerns, I also offer couples therapy, providing a balanced and supportive space for both partners to explore their relationship together.
As an integrative counsellor, I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches to meet your individual needs. My aim is to create a comfortable, respectful and supportive environment where you can feel heard, understood and empowered to make meaningful changes at your own pace. Whether you are attending therapy on your own or as part of a couple, I strive to create a collaborative and compassionate space where positive change can take place
