I qualified at Wolverhampton Physiotherapy School in 1991.  For the 1st 15 years of my career I worked for the NHS in Warwick, Coventry and South Somerset. In 2007 I started working in the private sector, initially at St Joseph's Hospital, Newport and now as an independent private practitioner. Over these years I have developed my role as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist with a special interest in chronic pain conditions in particular CFS/ME/Fibromyalgia of which I have personal experience.

 

I bring a unique perspective to assessment and treatment, looking at the client holistically and bringing my knowledge of the autonomic nervous system, acupuncture, Reiki and mindfulness into the individual treatment plan.
