Cognitive Behavioural Therapy focuses on how our thoughts influence our feelings and how the way we think and feel affects the way we behave. I work collaboratively and compassionately with people to build a shared understanding of their issues and develop strategies and techniques that help make sense of our thoughts and enable positive changes to our behaviour and lives.
