Well-being Group For Adults.
Every Saturday from the 8th February 2020 at 13.00 pm-15.00 pm and the cost is £12.50 for two hours.
The group will be facilitated by Jackie Gleed and Michelle Hitt who are both experienced counsellors. Take time to explore ways to promote a feeling of wellness and connect with others. Exploring themes around your mental and emotional health. Anyone can attend the group by contacting us at the centre to secure your place.
